Do insurance companies reimburse network pharamcies the same amount? I priced some of my meds on my health insurance website and was given a lower out-of-pocket cost than I was charged. The website even had the name of the pharmacy I use.

Varies
Call your insurance company and ask.
For mine I can save costs by using a mail order network pharmacy vs. a local network pharmacy, the pricing is different. Also, I get a further discount at my network local pharmacy with their shopping card.
All insurance is complex and must be looked at in detail to find your best savings options.

Earlier this month
I ordered a refill for one of my meds - the cost was $13.62 with the health insurance plan paying nothing. I didn't get to the pharmacy fast enough and it was returned back to the pharmacy stock. I was paying $13.62 all of last year for the med.
I reordered it and went to pick it up yesterday - the cost is now $40 - pharmacy says they don't know why. Any idea who/why the drug price increased so much in a matter of 10 days?
