You might need to contact a local pharmacy owned and operated by an individual, instead of a corporation or 'chain' drug store. There are still a few around.
What I would consider first, if I were you, is shipping it from Canada. Canadian pharmacies advertise in our local papers for us to get our meds shipped from there.
Somehow, I thing there would be some legal bull with shipping drugs and would fear a seizure by 'customs' and fear not getting your medication, at all.
I am not sure if it is even legal to ship medications out of this country? but, I have worked with people that send stuff to 3rd world country charities. So, there must be a legal way. Just don't ship beer or alcohol, from the us.
It seems the Canadians are set up to better handle 'shipping.' fed
