    tramadol for pain

    I have been taking tramadol for pain for the past 3 years.
    It has been a God send to me.

    But now I wonder what kind of damage long term it is going to do on my body.

    As with other meds, my pcp monitors my meds on a regular basis and checks for any liver problems.

    I was wondering if anyone else has been on tramadol long term and shown side effects of this med?

    I have a standing Rx with refills for Tramadol and have for a couple years now.
    I use it only when I really need it, but I love it.
    I haven't had any noticeable long term effects, that I've noticed at least.

    Rebif - 12/18/05

      I use Tramadol for pain. It works great but gives me horrible insomnia.
