Hi,
I have been injecting B-12 IM once a month since 1995. I can always tell when I'm due the next shot without checking the calendar as I start to feel more run down and fatigued.
I personally rate it VERY highly. I'm 22 years since DX, still RRMS and working full-time. My permanent symptoms between relapses are more of a nuisance than bad. Slightly numb hands and feet, fatigue, one eye washed out after ON but with 100% acuity - you get the idea.
I can't help but wonder if the B-12 has played some small part in my mild course to date?
With the up and downs of MS, one never knows which components help, but I'm carrying on jabbing as I wouldn't risk stopping now!
