How long does it take to start noticing a difference? I've been on it 2 days now and can't tell a difference yet.

For me it was over a week. I have been upped 3 times already.
I have had neck surgery and it does not seem to help that nerve pain.
Give it time, you will some benefit from the meds.SgrammieD -
I took Lyrica for a couple of months without seeing any benefit to the pain I was experiencing. For that reason I quit taking it.Diagnosed 1984
