I'm on my second set of larger dose prednisone (first set was at the beginning of last month). It makes me feel really dizzy (just one of the side effects). I was wondering is there anything I can do to get rid of or lessen the dizzyness. Like eat more or drink more water. I need to get to the grocery store tonight (my brother is taking me) and I'm so durn dizzy it's going to be tough trying to walk until I can reach the shopping cart to somewhat steady my walking - though the dizzy surges will still be happening. Something must absorb the medicine faster... any thoughts.
