Looking for Dr. in Pittsburgh area who prescribes LDN

I have read many possitive articles about LDN. I know some of you on this message board take it. I called my Dr. and he won't prescibe it for me. I'm sure he uses the reason about the FDA not approving it for MS. But why won't he let me try it? He suggested gilenya (spelling). I'm half afaid to take that med. Too many Issues with side effects. How can I find a Dr. in the Pittsburgh area that will prescribe it? I can't deal wiith injections any more. I've been on them since 2003. I'm running out of places to inject. Too much scar tissue. Does anyone know of a doc in or around Pittsburgh, PA? Or how can I convince my doc to help me with this?
