Mayo Clinic - Scottsdale/PHX?

Hi, I was wondering if anyone has had luck with the Mayo Clinic in Scottsdale. I've been through so many tests and doctors, but no definitive diagnosis. I have appoints set in Scottsdale in a month, but want to make sure its worth going. Here's my current test info (if that makes any difference):

(1) 2012 - low positive rheumatoid factor test
(2) 2013 Brain MRI - 16 small lesions in frontal lobe and small aneurysm.
(3) 2013 LP - high opening pressure (30 cm), marginally raised IgG index, two faint gamma bands (not in serum).
(4) 2013 C-Spinal MRI - showed no lesions.
(5) 2013 Flourescein angiogram - normal.
(6) 2014 Brain MRI - same lesions as 2013, no new ones.
(7) 2014 LP - high-normal opening pressure (20 cm), high IgG index and two distinct gamma bands (not in serum).
(8) 2014 T-Spinal MRI - showed no lesions

Hi Jules,
My wife was thinking about checking out the Mayo clinic in Scottsdale because she wanted to blend the trip with some vacation time. I don't know anything about the Mayo Clinic's MS department or school or whatever. The Cleveland Clinic is well known as a top center for MS study. Good luck.
