Arm/hand immobile?

Immobile is the wrong word here, but...it feels like I have a lead glove on my left hand/arm and it just feels easier to let it sit there than try to use it. Also, my left hand automatically curls into a loose fist, which feels odd to me. Can anyone else relate to that?

I had a similar effect when I first had my "flair". Both hands were stiff and hard to move plus tingling, burning and bugs. Neuro called the stiffness and claw hand thing spacisity (sp?)
