Hello....

I was wondering if anyone can tell me how long "MS hugs" last and is there anything one can do to help relieve them?

Also, has anyone ever had weird vibrating sensations? The only way I can describe it, is it feels like I swallowed a cell phone set on vibrate and someone keeps calling it. Really strange

I have only experienced two hugs and they lasted only a few minutes. Like maybe ten.

Yes. I sometimes feel like my whole body is vibrating. Or my legs especially will feel like they r buzzing w electricity. So fun!

I have only had this once and it lasted about 2 weeks. From what I have read the intensity varies. For me it was uncomfortable like I had something real tight wrapped around my chest.
