I think I am on the wrong track

Since I posted last, I have had a couple of tests run but have no results yet. I plan to see it through with my neuro but I think I might be on the wrong track. I have been having some pretty intense pain. It begins in my neck and then radiates up the back of my head causing a headache. It is sort of like a nerve issue because it tingles as it goes up into my head. I also have the pain and spasms in my mid back. The tops of my legs hurt and burn. However, it seems to go from one side to another (meaning sometimes left and sometimes right) or may be the left side of neck but right leg. This along with the fact that Aleve does help somewhat makes me think maybe it is not a neurological problem but more of a pinched nerve issue. Would you agree?

Well a pinched nerve is neurological. I think maybe you mean that its a mechanical neurological problem instead of a disease neurological problem? Maybe but it would take a lot of pinched nerves for symptoms to be moving around to so many places. On the other hand it would take a lot of MS lesions for symptoms to be moving around so much too and MS usually doesn't work like that. So I can't really agree with either one. It sounds like maybe you'll have to wait until the test results come in and maybe have a lot more testing to figure out what it is.

Anything is possible. Do not think or assume that it ms MS until you are diagnosed by an ON specialist
