For a year now I thought I have Ménière's disease. Then the other day I woke up with ataxia and went to a neurologist. He thinks I might have been misdiagnosed. So I went for bloodwork...normal. MRI was normal except a little part that read (a non-specific finding of very doubtful clinical significance, but likely representing minimal ischemic white matter change.). Well, what if it is significant! I don't know...I just do know that I've been really sick for two weeks, can't drive, think or walk right. I don't want to be the crazy lady who is just always sick and no one knows why. Ok, I'm done whining now.

Your neurologist will let you know if he thinks it was really of any clinical significance. The good thing is that it doesn't look like MS. Many things can cause ataxia. It is always good to not have MS. Perhaps it is meniere's.
Your neurologist will interpret the MRI and get back to you.
Hope you start feeling better!
