    That is awesome! I am blessed that health insurance still covers me under my father's plan for a few more years. I have to pay $75 a month for Avonex, but looking at the full cost I'm more than happy to pay that. I'm glad that they were able to help you. Good luck!

      I have coverage now!!! I started a new job and my health benefits kicked in very quick Thank God

          A Bridge to 2014

          There's a preexisting condition pool to provide insurance until 2014. In NY it's called the New York Bridge Plan, by GHI/Emblem. I had it until I could no longer pay the monthly premium. Now my disability has come through, so I will be able to pay the premium except I'll have to pay for the 4 months I missed. GHI told me about an organization called Community Health Advocates (1-888-614-5400) that could help with those 4 months of premiums.
