I have had this same buzzing in the nether region, and just thought I was imagining this, until I was told it is do to the MS. I just said 'well, as long as everything else is tingling, why not that too' LOL

I get those needle jabs too. I can get a chuckle out of the vibrations and twitches, except the one! But there is nothing funny about the needle jabs.

I also get the needle jams (which is a great way of describing!) internally. I also get no sensation when I'm peeing around period time but it disappears once I'm bleeding.

yeah, I was to embarrassed to talk about it with my Dr... a flare followed that week... seems to be tied together so to speak...
