advice/help needed - feel like im going mad!

Im 28 and suffer with migraines which i have done for 2 years now. I had an MRI scan which showed 3 white spots 2 in the centre and one at the bottom of my brain, neuro requested a second MRI 8 months later which showed more white spots, not seent his scan yet, neuro rang me. He mentioned at my first scan possible MS, yet when i spoke to him he said he werent concerned about my second scan???? I have many symptoms which are debilitating at times, such as severe pins and needles most days from periods of 30 seconds to all day, numbness in my limbs, and face. Extreme sensitivity to heat - i look drunk! The rooms spins frequently and I often feel faint and dizzy, when having what i think is a relaspe (i had one in may for 4 weeks and just currently going through another which so far has lasted 4 weeks) I can sleep most hours of the day except when waken by pins and needles or over heating, i am exhausted by the smallest of task, i get confused, urgently need the toilet and forget everything even whether i have eaten or not. I am at the point now where i am sick of being ill, and just need someone to help me. My general practitioner will not give me anything for the dizziness or pins and needles and just tells me to see my neuro which is hard trying to get in to see him, this is making me feel like its either all in my head and my family dont see to understand either? How can I get some help?

Is your neuro an MS specialist? If not, perhaps ask your GP for a referral to see one who is. It can take years to get a diagnosis, or it can take 1 appointment. It all depends on who you see, what they know, and whether your body decides to offer up its secrets. Sometimes it takes a perfect trifecta to get what you need. You gotta keep plugging at it. If you have someone in your life who can be your advocate, try to bring them on board so they can help explain to your doctors what's going on.
