    smoldering MS - video update

Fifteen multiple sclerosis (MS) experts from eight countries across Europe, U.S., and Canada have been convening to develop consensus-driven statements on smoldering MS across multiple domains. In this video, Antonio Scalfari, MD, PhD, of Imperial College London in England, describes smoldering MS, the process they have been using to help better define it, and the importance of the work they are doing.

    Thanks for the article Marco.

This used to be called neurodegeneration, which has been the primary driver of MS progression without inflammatory relapses.

Looks like they're changing the name to 'smoldering'?

Smouldering is a good description of PPMS …
meaning it won’t go out until it’s consumed everything
It was one agains't 2.5million toughest one we ever fought.
