Ampyra for fatigue?

Has anyone had their neuro Rx Ampyra for fatigue?? Seems to be mostly used for walking issues/leg problems.

My neuro prescribed Ampyra to help with walking, but It did nothing to help. Instead, I noticed I had a LOT more energy. I'd definitely give it a try and see if it helps or not. Interested in knowing what others experience. Hope this helps.
