    Costochondritis

    Wondering if anyone here has Costochondritis and what the treatment is for this one. I think I heard that it's kind of common to MS patients.

    Sorry you have been experiencing this Marti. I remember you mentioning this awhile back and it sounds painful, I don't know if it's common with MS, but I have read it can cause an MS hug.

    I found this from the Mayo Clinic that explains what medications you can take to relieve the pain and some forms of therapy to help-

      I wondered about that 2 nights ago. As soon as I laid down to try to sleep I felt the squeezing around my chest. This has been almost non-stop lately. Maybe the heat is aggravating things. Thanks.

        I'm a firm believer that heat exaggerates all our symptoms. Hope things calm down for you soon. Fall is just around the corner- yay!
