I would be OK with CIS because that would give me longer before I had to worry about progression. It sounds weird but I would have more hope preventing CIS from progressing than the other.
The way Selma describes it to someone who doesn’t know what this is is going to assume we are all clumsy people who can’t care for themselves. I know that is not what she meant but for ignorant people they are going to think the worst.
