Hi everyone. So I have been on tecifidera but I had to stop it because my numbers were low. So now I am moving my bowl a lot more than normal. I don't know if this is normal and now I am scared. Please response to this......

I believe what you need is more soluble fiber in your diet. Soluble fiber helps diarrhea by absorbing water and adds bulk to your stools. Try eating more oat bran, barley, nuts, seeds, beans, lentils, peas, apples, sweet potatoes, brocolli and cabbage.. These will help combat diarrhea.1st sx '89 Dx '99 w/RRMS - SP since 2010
