Medicaid Coverage

In the state where I live, there are 5 insurance companies that service Medicaid. Do they all cover the same services since it's in the same state? In other words, is Medicaid coverage the same in my state no matter what insurance carrier I chose? I've been told that doctors do not always enroll in some insurance Medicaid programs. A doctor may enroll in one but not another?
Hope I'm making sense - cognitively I'm doing very poorly......
