what I would like to say, but I never follow through with it. I'm not that person. When I'm at a school function, and I see other parents and friends, and they ask me how I'm doing, I say I'm doing okay, and it could always be worse. It just really bothers me when my parents or MIL, and brothers say they can relate.

I guess I just wanted to vent. I've been quite tired lately, and my level of patience has been non existent. And a lot of it is the summer! The heat, coupled with getting school stuff ready for the kids has been taxing. I usually have a very positive attitude-to the point where it's probably pretty obnoxious
Again-thank you for all your replies. I probably should come here more, so I don't become so impatient with family members. I know they mean well-so I should be happy they're even asking about it at all!
