I need to stress that taking a pad of paper with notepad prior to visit making notes as to any new symptoms...I have a habit of forgetting something every single visit and I need to stress them more, I feel like I don't do myself any justice by being wishy washy and passive!!! GRRRR! Why, because I don't want to complain? That's the time I'm surely supposed to complain! I forgot to tell my Neurologist about my new stomach problems....it's very concerning.

Guilt
Guilt:
1 about being less disabled than others with the same problem
2 about sometimes using the problem as an excuse to avoid doing things that seem to hard
3 about letting people down when you just can't do any more
4 about worrying those that you care about
5 about resenting that loved ones 'don't understand'
6 about just wanting to quit (everything) sometimes
7 about being a burden
8 about being the one who could possibly pass on the genetic predisposition for this to kids and grandkids.
That's all I can think of at the moment , but I'm pretty sure there are others.

Although I like the suggestion of "Guilt" mentioned earlier, I have another to add:
Given that you have MS and probably will always be coping with your new life, is there a physical location, a geographic place, that you believe might make a difference in living your life? and why? For instance, near your favorite MD or near to/far from family members or where climate is hot/cold, humid/dry, where you can get meds more easily, etc
