Neuro recommendation in UAE

I have been living in Dubai for a few years and I seem to be having trouble finding a good MS specialist.
Does anyone have recommendations? I have seen 3 guys here, and I was pretty disappointed to say the least, so I ended up getting my DMD overseas. Logistically and financially it is a strain to travel every 3 months to stock up on medication, so I would prefer to get it locally if my insurance approves it.
