Hello all I had my ALJ Hearing and there was no VE present. I have heard from others this is like almost certainly a denial. I had a ton of paperwork from the Veterans Hospital as that's where I go for all my care. Anyone else had this? I tried getting ahold of my lawyer but he just had surgery and is out for a while so I am turning to here. My green form that SS had my doctor fill out stated I was pretty disabled like would miss alot of work and prognosis was listed as Poor to Average. Any ideas?
