Looking over the results of my Somatosensory Evoked Potentials that I had done way back in April and fearing this means lesions in my spinal cord. =/ Anyone else have similar results and lesions in the spinal cord? My soon to be ex neurologist said my results were "fine"! I got them myself and see they are not. I see a new neuro on the 25th, she's an MS specialist too. =)
The reports says:
Hand- Right median nerve only the N20 was clearly visible and reproductive and the N9 and N13 could not be clearly identified. The N20/P25 amplitude was 4.2 microV on right side stimulation.
Ankle- N10 could not be identified on the left. No clear popliteal fossa response seen due to dysfunction anywhere between left ankle and right Somatosensory cortex. Clinical correlation is recommended.
