Are there any other diagnosis that involve 'MS like symptoms' that are triggered by heat? I know many other disorders and diseases can mimic MS but do any involve heat exacerbation?

Yes. There are many MS mimickers cause problems due to heat, a couple I can think of off the top of my head are Lyme, and Fibromyalgia. You should call your neurologist and let them know that you are having more symptoms in the heat. These are not "real" symptoms, just pseudo-symptoms because they were started by the heat, and they should go away when you cool down.
Anyway, call your doc. Hope you feel better!
