    Your suggestions please

Ok, I'm fifty seven years old, can still get to the kitchen to eat, can still make my bed, can still get to the bathroom for urine and bm, can still sit in my shower to take a shower and wash my hair. But as many of you know, I am totally exhausted.

I can still do this stuff, but that's all i do in a day. Husband is here, but in another room watching tv. Works all day, comes home and watches tv, goes to sleep.

So, what should I do? Do this until the hospital comes to get me? I am completely our of ideas. Would appreciate your suggestions.

can you get a home health aide through your insurance? They had been a life saver for me.

I don't know. I feel pretty much the same. I stagger to work three days a week because the thought of quitting, age 44, just breaks my heart.

Either you keep ploughing on, or you give up. Giving up, towel thrown in etc, is looking quite good these days.
