Hi, my husband needs a knee replacement. He is my care giver I can not be alone as I fall often. Where do I look for help? All family members work so I'm looking at helping myself with out help. Please advise, I am scared & need someone.

I'd talk to your doctor and his doctor. As your husband is also your care, they might be know how to arrange some "respite" care for you, while he gets his knee fixed.

have you tried getting in touch with your local chapter of the national MS Society? They often deal with this, and I am sure they can at least point you in the right direction.
