Hi. Generally, no. I am sorry, but that one is here to stay. Unless you love cold weather, no heat, no covers, and cold showers. However, most neurological diseases don't love cold that much either.
Try to keep everything as mild as possible. Cooling vest for the heat in summer, mild temp inside, and take a tepid bath.
Good luck to you, I know how hard it is, since I live in NC with 100 degree days with 100% humidity. You can't walk out the door without being soaking wet between there and the car.
