Constant buzzing all day long. Am I alone in this horror.

Yes
Buzzing/vibrations is a symptom that is more consist for me than not. For the most part I can ignore this symptom but sometimes it intensifies and can drive me crazy
I feel vibration/buzzing sensations from the waist down and can be caused by lhermittes and on it's own.
In the grand scheme of MS I consider this a minor symptom, although someone else may not feel the same way
