Well folks it was great while it lasted. Who knows it could come back I hope!!

)to level 9 1/2 pain and can't hardly get to bathroom. Thinking of running a long hose

Called PT and doc and will be going back next week I hope for 2x per week instead of 3x for a few weeks till I can move enough to go to pool as I can't do land excercises due to heat issues. Even at PT they have to put ice pack on me to keep me cool enough to due FEW excercises. The MAIN
thing she does to relieve the pain is stretch the vertebrae to stop the compression. I must be 2 inches taller when I leave.
Problem is 1 visit=$40.00 co pay so you can imagine!!
If she could just stretch me even taller for my weight it would be all good! Yes I still have my sense of humor as it is the only thing keeping me alive at this point seriously!!
