I wish they would spend less on advertising and mailers and put the money into actual research and drug studies.

In the past I've gotten calls, emails, letters from total strangers asking me to sponsor them in the MS WALK. The only place they could have gotten my information would be from the MS Society (local), but they claim they have never given that out. So where and how are these people getting my name???

compare to the MSAA (Multiple Sclerosis Association of America)?

I would also like to know how NMSS compares to MSAA. Anyone know or have any experience with them?
