Good morning from the Negev desert


Has anyone developed surface (on the skin) littlt, round, red things (hemangiomas) around the face, neck and body since MS ?

2 new ones just appeared on my face: near rt eye and rt side of the bridge of my nose . Just wondering if there's any MS connection.

Have a few tiny ones on my legs. I think it is "old age" (I am 48)

That's my guess too, lol. My mom has them too and I think started getting them in her 40's.

Petechiae

Petechiae, that's the word. Ummm ... I just googled that discovered there are actually diseases and meds that can cause this. Didn't see anything ms related on the Mayo Clinic site, though.

\my nephew had a hemangioma (sp?) -- they grow a lot bigger. OP, I think you mean the tiny ones?

Are you talking about the little cherry hemangiomas? I've had several since childhood. They aren't known to be connected to MS.

Had a few prior to MS- had them lasered off. Not a biggie.
