If you are taking sleep meds..

I know a lot of us take sleep scripts. Some are taking several at once. What I would like to know is can you tell if your morning fatigue is a result of the hangover effect of the meds or just plain MS fatigue?

Is there any way around the hangover effect? No matter what we do we are hit with the exhaustion. Once the day starts off badly, it just continues and everything feels off.

have you ever had a sleep study done? I was always fatigued in the morning until I started using a C- PAP machine, it is for sleep apnea which I never knew I had. Now I wake up somewhat refreshed.

I have to carefully time my nighttime meds to avoid that morning grogginess. I take them as early as possible so they have more time to wear off. Not too early though
