I appreciated the info. I was talking to my 70 something neighbor who has the body of someone half his age, great skin and all his hair. He mentioned during a chat that he is not on ANY medication for ANYTHING. This totally took me aback, so I asked him what his secret to his good health was. He shrugged and said he didn't know. He said he eats potato chips, drinks beer, etc. He doesn't do anything special. I figured he is just one of he lucky ones who isn't salt sensitive!

Despite all the research I have done on M.S., sometimes I just think that for me, this is just how the mop flopped. Maybe I should use what little energy I have to play the hand I was dealt instead of obsessing on how I got here at this point in my life.

      Tawanda,

Indeed, play your hand and keep moving forward.
Live simply. Love generously. Care deeply. Speak kindly.
