MS Support Groups in Seattle?

Does anyone know of any good in person MS Support Groups in the Seattle area?

I've decided to not discuss it with my friends and family. They don't understand and think because I act and look normal that I don't have physical or emotional challenges...so I think this is a better route.

That's a good link. Most cities have groups. When I was travelling to Los Angeles, I found some meetup groups. You could check there too.
