Tremors - whole body?

Hi - I am not dx but have been experiencing symptoms for 12 years. The newest is tremor - started as yes-yes head tremor and has since progressed to what I can only describe as a whole body tremor. It seems to start from the base of my spine when I stand and shakes me all over - hard to walk.

Is this familiar to anyone?

Balance?

I think I've learned further down in the boards that this whole body sway thing is not a tremor like I get in my head and hand - but maybe a balance issue? I do a lot of wall walking and crawling of stairs - this would make more sense I think than a tremor. Any thoughts ?
