Any one else suffer from these? I have had them off and on for the last week. Last night I had a spasm so bad I swear I was thinking "I'm not ready to go!" You can laugh its ok but it was scary then.

It's not funny
When someone gets that scared that they feel like they could die, only a dope would think it's funny.
Once I had my throat close up so that I couldn't breathe. I had to tell myself to relax because if I didn't, this was the end. Luckily, my throat/esophagus opened back up.
Was totally scary!!
Hope it stops happening to you.
