    Nerves affecting feet

I know I have talked about this before, but not sure if anyone has found anything to help or give you some relief from these feelings of "walking on pebbles/stones/rocks.

This sure does affect ones balance! Makes it hard to stand without that "tispy" feeling. I've tried foot massages, ice packs, foot exercises and they all make my feet feel somewhat better for a short time. But I want more!!! Any suggestions from anyone that has this problem would be appreciated!! Thanks!! Casino

I'd like to know, too. Walked into a sharp piece of metal the other day.
Cut between my toes, did not even feel it, until an hour later when I was wondering where the blood on the floor was coming from.
    Then it hurt.

I go with a two pronged approach.

      1) Keep the calluses filled down, especially on the soles
of the feet. They seem to get "polished" w/ day-to-day
wear-n-tear. Careful w/ the foot rasps though, and
      don't go too deep.

      2) Biofreeze. Others here have mentioned it. Yes, it's only
temporary, but boy is it nice. You can order it thru
amazon: 3 tubes, and free shipping....cheaper than
at the Chiro's office. No lasting stink, but
remember to wash your hands in cold H2O afterwards.

Hope this helps. Keep up w/ the foot/ankle exercises, too!

      Take care
