I'm not sure if this is a MS thing or not. The heel of my left foot seems to be in a non-stop cramp. At times it is more intense, to the point of me crying out. I have an appointment with my pcp Monday morning.

Sounds like plantar fasciitis. Your PCP SHOULD be able to give you an answer. It's not specific to people with MS.

Not plantar faciitis. I have had that before. Very painful but different than this. This is more at the back of the heel and wrapping around to the side of the foot.

It sounds like it could be either... I have chronic tightness (essentially shin splints) from the MS. I think - if it were me - I'd wait to see what the PCP said.
