has anyone ever had sudden swelling of lips or elsewhere that has something to do with MS or Rebif? sudden as in left the bathroom: not there; arrived in kitchen: right half of my upper lip the size of a small marble. no pain, no itching, just swelling.

Presuming you didn't shoot up in the lip; could be an allergic reaction, could be a cold sore.

Swelling of the lips isn't MS. It's highly suggestive of an allergic reaction, which could be a reaction to Rebif. But it could be a reaction to many other things, too.
