Need advice

Have any of you had complete numbness from the back of the neck which is a hard raised knot and the numbness extends all the way down my thoracic spine on the left side? I can scratch my back and I can't satisfy the itch because I can't feel it? Also, anyone with severe leg, thigh and foot cramps that make you have to get up and stand to make them stop?

Yes I have. The hard knot is from my breasts though, but I have the other symptoms too, but I'm pretty new to ms so couldn't tell you what/why.

Severe numbness at the back of my neck but not going down my spine -yes.
Severe cramps in legs (or arms) yes.
