    Super aware of speech

I do not necessarily think I have developing speech problems but have become aware of difficulties I have pronouncing words, getting out the words I want and my brain being able to keep up with my mouth

I am paranoid about bringing this up as I feel that once I verbalise this to people they will also become aware of it - whether I am exhibiting speech problems or not.

    Can anyone relate to this

I can totally relate. That was one of my first symptoms- and I even asked people if I sounded right- because I didn't to myself and my face felt weird. People said they couldn't tell, whether or not that's true is up for speculation I guess. Try to let go of this concern- people are usually more concerned with themselves (their own insecurities) than they are anyone else's.
