Throbbing in my neck and upper back

I have had this for 3 days now.. it goes along with my

heartbeat and is very bothersome. Should i call my neuro?

I feel like it is so strong it can be felt by others, but when i

have someone put their hand on my neck or back, they feel

NOTHING...'

Can someone PLEASE tell me what this is!!??

I don't know what it could be, but I strongly suggest you call either your neuro or your PCP right away.
