You have the Mayo Clinic in Scottsdale and Barrow Neurology Clinic in Phoenix. It is an advantage to have a Neuro. affiliated with one or the other.

I know there will be a 6 mo. wait for Barrows. Mayo has very good MS Specialists.

The National MS Society and/or The MS Association of America have lists of neuros in most all cities.

Neither group had any of the six MS neuros in my immediate area listed, but both did have an MS center just 22 miles away. This indicated to me that not all MS docs get recognized by these organizations, which is probably a good thing.

Try this NEURO. He's the BEST!!!!

Try Dr. Johan Samanta. He is the best Neurologist I have ever seen. He is kind, compassionate, caring and very understanding. Can't recommend him highly enough. A good, muchless awesome Neuro like him is almost impossible to find. Call him!

I was just given a referal to Barrows yesterday Yeah!! Hopefully THEY can figuer out what the heck is wrong with me.
