Adapted car

Hi, I am in Ireland so it will be different over here in regard to regulations to in America

I just tried driving an adapted car with hand controls and it is definately easier than using my feet. I will need practice to get use to it. I have lost confidence cause I am not quick enough sometimes with the automatic foot controls. I also have problems with my eyes and don't seem to be able to judge things as quickly as I should

I think the reason I am so paranoid is because I need my car to work, to go swimming, to take thekids to school etc.

Has anyone else gone through any of these issues
