Need help describing how I feel :)

So many times you all have given me words to describe how I feel. As in the word vibration to describe the weird buzzing in my foot and now elsewhere.

Today I feel slightly off, almost dizzy. It's manageable but its like I am having trouble looking at things as there seems to be motion. I have balance issues so I don't know if that is part of it. Any ideas?

I often find myself sitting in the DR's office unable to describe exactly what I am feeling.....

    Thank You, Lori

    Sounds vaguely like vertigo.

      Is the room spinning? or
Do you just feel like you're going to fall? or
      Do you feel 'faint'? or
Do you feel like you're going to 'black out' or
Do you feel stationary while the 'moving' seems to be a jittering in your eyes?

Balance is maintained by three systems: Your vision, your vestibular system (your hearing system), and proprioception (which has to do with your own sense of where your body parts are in space and your muscles' ability to control). If any one of these are impaired it will affect your balance.

If you are having issues with your blood pressure such as orthostatic hypertension (faulty controls in your blood vessels that tell your blood vessels when to contract to maintain constant blood pressure when you stand up) it can make you faint or like you're going to black out. Some people may call this dizzy.

I do not have bp issues or haven't ever in all of my history.

It is more like the movement of the ceiling fan reflecting on everything around me. Even in rooms without the fan. The actual fan moving and its reflections are currently making me truly dizzy. Argh. I hate when I can't articulate the way I feel.

Maybe I feel like I am slightly buzzed but haven't had any meds that would make me feel that way. I am only on Synthroid daily and occasional Lortab but it has been days since I took the Lortab.

Anyway while I was talking to my husband this evening the children moving me around stressed me out. The movement is stressing me out. Of course they are children and have to move .

Oh yeah. I was sent to PT for the balance issues by the MS specialist I see. Only to be told after a month it wasn't improving and I am very weak on my left side.

I have felt like this before but it generally goes away after a day or to. Just not sure what to call it or how to describe it.
