Odd experience

I was standing in my front yard by the curb and a UPS delivery truck drove by. As it went by I took 4 steps in a row backwards. It just happened. There was not a gust of wind but it was kind of loud. It was very weird. Has anyone experienced anything like this?
I'm not diagnosed just wondering if anyone can relate.

I have trouble if things move in my peripheral vision. It bothers my balance and can throw me off.

I get really car sick if I am not careful. If I am driving it is alright.

I am currently in PT and part of my balance exercises involve sitting on a ball and try to move my head up and down or side to side and maintaining my balance.

They also have me walk while turning my head.

Perhaps that is what you experienced.
