Heavy shoes

I have been wearing a shoes called Totes but would like suggestions on lighter shoes with arch supports.

I love keens. I have a pair of Mary Janes and sandals that are awesome. They are light and have terrific support. They really help keep my foot from dragging and shuffling when concrete is uneven or flooring changes.
